If the author still requests withdrawal, they will be asked to submit an Article Withdrawal Form signed by all authors — or the corresponding author — stating the reasons for withdrawal.

02

Authors must not assume their manuscript has been withdrawn until they have received appropriate notification from the editorial office.

03

Requests are processed only after the completed and signed form has been received.

03 Ethical Obligation

It is considered a serious breach of publication ethics to withdraw a submitted or published manuscript from one journal after it has been accepted by another journal.

Simultaneous Submission Simultaneous submission or duplicate publication undermines the integrity of the scientific record and is strictly prohibited.
Policy Breach Consequences Authors found in breach of this policy may face retraction, notification to their institution, and a ban on future submissions.
