Pre-Submission

Submission Preparation Checklist

Ensure your manuscript meets all requirements before submitting to the journal.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word format (.doc, .docx, or .rtf).
  • Where available, URLs for references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced, uses an 11-point font, and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

For Reviewers

A quick guide for reviewers on the invitation, ethics, and review workflow.

A. Invitation to Review

Reviewers will receive an email invitation to review a manuscript, including the article title and abstract. By clicking the link in the email, reviewers can accept or decline. Once accepted, reviewers can access the manuscript through their reviewer account on the journal portal.

B. Ethics

Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential documents, disclose any conflicts of interest, and evaluate manuscripts objectively based on scholarly merit.

C. Review Timeline

Reviewers are expected to complete their review within the timeframe stated in the invitation, typically 2–4 weeks.
