Gaming addiction significantly affected purchase decisions (β = 0.312, T = 7.260, p &lt; 0.001) and partially mediated the engagement marketing–purchase decision relationship (indirect β = 0.207, T = 7.349, p &lt; 0.001), explaining 74.7% of the purchase decision variance (R² = 0.747).<br /></span><strong><span lang="EN-ID">Conclusions:</span></strong><span lang="EN-ID"> Engagement marketing influences Robux purchase decisions both directly and indirectly through gaming addiction, confirming partial mediation. A mixed-methods approach was employed that combined quantitative and qualitative analyses.<br /><strong>Results:</strong> The findings indicate that PAM Jaya has strong long-term revenue stability, providing a solid foundation for its corporate transformation. However, significant gaps remain in information transparency, investor relations functions, and financial reporting standards required by capital markets. In addition, the organizational culture requires further strengthening to support the transition from a public service orientation to an independent corporate environment.<br /><strong>Conclusions:</strong> The transformation of PAM Jaya into a Regional State-Owned Limited Liability Company is highly feasible. Nevertheless, the success of a future IPO depends on implementing a clear transformation roadmap, stronger GCG, strict compliance with capital market regulations, and clearer shareholder policies regarding public service obligations.<br /><strong>Limitations:</strong> This study focuses on a single regional water utility company, which may limit the generalizability of the findings to other public service enterprises with different organizational and regulatory environments.</p> <p><strong>Contributions: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">This study contributes to the literature on public sector transformation, corporate governance and state-owned enterprise reform. A total of 136 articles from Scopus (2021–2025) were analyzed for this study. The ten most-cited papers were selected for thematic synthesis.<br /></span><strong><span lang="EN">Results: </span></strong><span lang="EN">Bibliometric mapping using VOSviewer identified publication growth, country distribution, subject areas, keyword co-occurrence, and author collaborations. The thematic synthesis of the ten most-cited papers grouped determinants of trust into AI system, individual, organizational, and task-context factors and emphasized calibrated trust as the core mechanism of trust-building.<br /></span><strong><span lang="EN">Conclusions: </span></strong><span lang="EN">Employee trust in AI is not static but a dynamic spectrum that requires calibrated trust. Self-confidence often outweighs trust in AI in determining the acceptance or rejection of AI recommendations.<br /></span><strong><span lang="EN">Limitations: </span></strong><span lang="EN">Reliance on Scopus-indexed articles (2021–2025) may have excluded historical perspectives. Qualitative synthesis has not been tested using meta-analysis. Sector and cultural heterogeneity limit the generalizability of the findings.<br /></span><strong><span lang="EN">Contributions: </span></strong><span lang="EN">Theoretically, this study integrates the Trust in Automation Model, the Integrative Model of Organizational Trust, and the SOR Model into a unified, dynamic, multilevel framework. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).<br /><strong>Results</strong>: The findings show that Human Capital and Knowledge Management positively and significantly influence Competitive Advantage, indicating that employee competence and effective knowledge management enhance service quality, efficiency, and innovation. Although Structural Capital has no significant direct effect on Competitive Advantage, it exerts a significant indirect effect through Knowledge Management. Furthermore, Knowledge Management mediates the relationship between Human Capital and Structural Capital and Competitive Advantage.<br /><strong>Conclusions</strong>: This study concludes that knowledge management is a key driver of competitive advantage in public-sector organizations. Competitiveness depends not only on the quality of human resources and organizational systems but also on effective management, integration, and sharing of knowledge.<br /><strong>Limitations</strong>: This study was limited to a single local government agency with a relatively small sample size, restricting the generalizability of its findings. The research model was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the measurement and structural models.<br /><strong data-start="712" data-end="724">Results:</strong> NRBV positively and significantly affects destination resilience (β = 0.801, <em data-start="802" data-end="805">p</em> &lt; 0.001) and ecosystem sustainability (β = 0.312, <em data-start="856" data-end="859">p</em> &lt; 0.001). Destination resilience also significantly enhances ecosystem sustainability (β = 0.623, <em data-start="958" data-end="961">p</em> &lt; 0.001). Riza Sutjipto rizasutjipto@telkomuniversity.ac.id <p><strong>Purpose:</strong> This study aims to identify the internal and external strategic factors influencing RPA Sukahati, formulate business development strategy alternatives, and determine the priority strategy for a Tasikmalaya-based poultry slaughterhouse and distributor in Indonesia.<br /><strong>Research Methodology:</strong> A qualitative exploratory-descriptive single case study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with nine purposively selected informants, company documentation, and sales trend data, analyzed through the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, the Internal-External (IE) Matrix, SWOT Matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).<br /><strong>Results:</strong> The IFE and EFE scores of 2.79 and 2.71, respectively, placed RPA Sukahati in a hold-and-maintain position. The SWOT Matrix produced eight alternative strategies, and the QSPM identified ST2 as the priority strategy (TAS 4.52), closely followed by SO1 (TAS 4.43).<br /><strong>Conclusions:</strong> RPA Sukahati should prioritize reinforcing SOP-driven production quality and certification-based market positioning, complemented by selective expansion into the growing culinary SME segment through its flexible minimum order policy.<br /><strong>Limitations: </strong>The single-case design limits statistical generalization, and both the IFE/EFE weights and ratings and the QSPM Attractiveness Scores were researcher-assigned based on interview emphasis rather than a validated scoring instrument.<br /><strong>Contributions:</strong> This study extends SME strategic management literature by developing an integrated strategy formulation framework for agri-food businesses in developing markets. However, evaluation outcomes indicate limited sustainability, with employment absorption among PKK participants reaching 69.7%, and approximately 70% of PKW participants pursuing self-employment.<br /><strong>Conclusions</strong>: The programs have contributed to improving skills but have not fully achieved sustainable economic empowerment for women. Data were collected through a survey of 361 valid respondents who were familiar with Nike products, actively used social media, and had been exposed to Nike SMM activities. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was used to measure SMM, brand awareness, and purchase intention. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS.<br /><strong>Results:</strong> The results show that SMM has a significant and positive impact on both brand awareness and purchase intention. Brand awareness also positively and significantly influenced purchase intention. Furthermore, the indirect impact of SMM on purchase intention through brand awareness was significant, verifying the mediating role of brand awareness.<br /><strong>Conclusions:</strong> The results demonstrate that Nike’s social media marketing can enhance consumers’ purchase intentions both directly and indirectly by strengthening brand awareness. Data were collected through a structured online questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics.<br /><strong>Results:</strong> Online shopping increased from 35% before the pandemic to 70% afterward, while offline shopping declined from 65% to 30%. Consumers became more digitally engaged, cautious, and selective, prioritizing convenience, competitive prices, and product variety. In addition, 61% considered environmental and ethical aspects in purchasing decisions, indicating stronger sustainability awareness.<br /><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The pandemic accelerated lasting changes in consumer behavior by strengthening digital adoption and sustainability-oriented purchasing. The collected data were then analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the aid of SmartPLS software.<br /><strong>Results:</strong> The findings show that delivery timeliness significantly and positively affects online tracking (β = 0.207, t = 5.551, p &lt; 0.001) and customer satisfaction (β = 0.525, t = 20.939, p &lt; 0.001).Online tracking also positively affected customer satisfaction (β = 0.439, t = 26.538, p &lt; 0.001) and significantly mediated the relationship between delivery timeliness and customer satisfaction (indirect effect = 0.091, t = 5.600, p &lt; 0.001). The model explains 56.2% of the variance in customer satisfaction (R² = 0.562).<br /><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Timely delivery and online tracking are essential for customer satisfaction. Satisfaction is highest when physical delivery is combined with transparent information.<br /><strong>Limitations: </strong>This study focused exclusively on logistics, excluding factors such as price and product quality.
